Delivery and Payment

Delivery in Ukraine is possible within a few hours after payment confirmation. We try to deliver the bouquet as quickly as possible - usually within 3 hours. In some cases, depending on workload, weather conditions and time of ordering, the delivery time may be extended. You can also specify the desired date and time of delivery when placing the order.

International delivery is available to many countries around the world. Delivery times vary, but on average are 3-4 hours if the order is placed in advance. We always clarify all the details and confirm the possibility of delivery to a specific city or country.

Even if you do not know the exact address of the recipient, you can specify only the phone number - we will contact the recipient and arrange the delivery of the bouquet. Anonymous delivery is also possible if you want to make a surprise.

Payment

You can pay for your order in a way convenient for you:

Via other certified payment systems

All transactions are protected and go through secure payment gateways. Payment is confirmed instantly, after which we immediately begin assembling the bouquet and preparing for delivery.

Informing

After placing an order, you will receive notifications at every stage: from payment confirmation to delivery of the bouquet to the recipient. We guarantee honesty, openness and care for each order.
