Refund Policy

We strive to provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Refunds are possible in the following cases:


- Customer cancellation of the order before the delivery date specified in the order.


- Erroneous or repeated payment for the same order.


- Customer refusal to fulfill the order in full, if additional payment is required in the event of redirection of delivery, and the client refuses to make it.


- Other cases, at the discretion of the company.


Please note: Refunds for an order that has already been delivered are not made. However, if you have reasonable comments regarding the quality of the goods received, we are ready to offer you a gift or re-delivery as an apology. Comments are accepted within 24 hours from the moment of delivery of the order and will be considered as soon as possible.


Perishable goods: Since our products (e.g. flowers, sweets, fruits) are perishable, we reserve the right to change the composition and appearance of the goods by 20-25%, while maintaining the general style and cost of the order.


Changes in conditions: The Company reserves the right to change or cancel the above conditions for refunds during promotions or special offers. In such cases, the changes will be specified in the conditions of a specific promotion and/or when placing an order on the website.
